  1. WORK IN CANADA

Most people need a work permit to work in Canada. If you’re not sure if you need one, contact us.

There are 2 types of work permits: open work permits and employer-specific work permits.

An open work permit allows you to work for any employer in Canada, except for an employer:

  • who is listed as ineligible on the list of employers who have failed to comply with the conditions or
  • who regularly offers striptease, erotic dance, escort services or erotic massages
  • You can only get an open work permit in specific situations. Contact us to find out if you can apply for an open work permit. BOOK A CONSULTATION

An employer-specific work permit allows you to work according to the conditions on your work permit, which include:

  • the name of the employer you can work for
  • how long you can work
  • the location where you can work (if applicable)

Before you submit your application for an employer-specific work permit, the employer who wants to hire you must complete certain steps and provide you with certain documentations. Find out what?

  1. REFUGEE AND ASYLUM

Are you a refugee inside Canada? Canada offers refugee protection to some people in Canada who fear persecution or who would be in danger if they had to leave. Some dangers they may face include

  • torture
  • risk to their life
  • risk of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment

If you feel you could face one of these risks if you go back to your home country or the country where you normally live, you may be able to seek protection in Canada as a refugee. Let us help

  1. BECOME A PERMANENT RESIDENT OF CANADA

Immigrate through Express Entry!

Canada chooses skilled workers based on their skills and ability to contribute to Canada’s economy. If you have been for up one or two years, you might qualify to immigrate to Canada through the Express Entry program.

The Express Entry Program manages applications for three economic immigration programs namely:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (for foreign nationals inside and outside Canada)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (for foreign nationals inside and outside Canada)
  • Canadian Experience Class (for foreign nationals living or who have lived in Canada).

Canadian Provinces and territories can also nominate candidates whom they are interested in and help migrate faster to Canada. Find out how?

  1. SPONSOR YOUR FAMILY

Newly Married!

Your husband, wife, children, parents, or grandparents can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. You may qualify to sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada if you’re at least 18 years old and a:

Canadian citizen or

person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act or

permanent resident of Canada

If you qualify, you can sponsor your spouse, partner or dependent children to become permanent residents of Canada.

  1. BECOME A CANADIAN CITIZEN

How long have you been a permanent resident of Canada? Could you be eligible for Canadian Citizenship? We can check for you! Regardless of your age, if you’re applying for citizenship, you must have permanent resident (PR) status in Canada.

This means you must not:

  • be under review for immigration or fraud reasons
  • be asked by Canadian officials to leave Canada (removal order)
  • have unfulfilled conditions related to your PR status, for example: medical screening

Before applying for citizenship, you should review the documents you received when you became a permanent resident to make sure you’re eligible. Let us help!
